This award winning blend consists of the best selections of the finest grains of only current crops, no old crop Coffee is used. The blend features a reduced bitter feeling, with medium to low of caffeine and is of a high viscosity. Visual analysis presents a fairly thick cream, which is rather silky, with a good texture for assembling, and has Friar's frock color of light brown with shades of grey. It is of a good creamy length and the nose has a good sized intensity.
