Using solely high quality raw materials - milk, cocoa and sugar and amaretti - without any chemical agents (no emulsifier, no preservative, no coloring, no cocoa butter), we created this product line that whets our craving and enchants both mind and body. 

Many traditions of Piedmontese cuisine, with all the typical recipes of the countryside. And it is precisely in this way that many of the recipes of "la Nonna", the grandmother, were taken up, refined and further developed by her ancestors, while her husband traditionally took care of the ingredients in the garden.
