From Puglia, the region of the "heel" of Italy, comes the bread for all seasons: Apulian Gastronomic Panettone. This delicious loaf makes a beautiful presentation when cut and is excellent for appetizers at lunch, or sweet snacks at teatime.

Our Gastronomic traditional bread is made following a low temperature and slow kneading technique which increases the natural aroma inside the dough. This panettone has two layers of fillings: one with salmon cream cheese and roasted peppers and the other with roasted mushrooms.

It is an ideal gift on Christmas, Easter, New Year or any other holiday, to celebrate a birthday and for weddings, as well as to congratulate a friend or family member on his/her recent success.
